You can change your password by logging out of the app and selecting the ‘Restore Password’ link at the bottom of the registration page.
You will be sent a restore token by email that can be used to reset your password. Click on this link to reset your password.
This mail may have been delivered to the spam folder of your mailbox. Check whether you can find this mail the spam folder of your mailbox. If you can't, you can send us a message via email so we can check it for you.
If you click on the ‘Restore Password’ link several times, only the last email that you are sent will work. So wait until you have first received the last email or try it again a few minutes later by clicking on the link once.
It is also possible that your network/device is not compatible with the security settings on our server. In this case, we recommend trying again on another device (such as a home computer) or via a different connection (switch between 3G and Wi-Fi).
