The Start 2 Run app is your digital running buddy, who guides you to train in a responsible way as well as motivates you to stick with it.
The Start 2 Run app contains 25 training schedules created by experienced sports coaches from Energy Lab. These training schedules are divided into six different distances (from 5 km to a marathon), and differentiate per distance between building towards a new distance, maintaining a distance, or increasing your speed over a certain distance.
During the training, your coach motivates you and shares useful tips with you regarding running, nutrition, and mental health, to allow you to live in a healthier way in a diverse range of life aspects.
Keep your personal training diary in the app, and reflect on your first day of training or the first time you achieved a certain distance/duration/calorie consumption or average speed.
The Start 2 Run app uses the GPS signal in your smartphone to determine your route.
